TempMail was born out of frustration. We were tired of surrendering our real email address to every service, trial, and sign-up on the internet.
In 2018 three engineers sat complaining about spam. Every trial, every sign-up, every curious click cost them their real email address — and with it came newsletters, trackers, and data brokers they never agreed to.
They built TempMail in a weekend. By Monday it had 10,000 users. Today it serves over 12 million people in 190 countries who believe their inbox is their own business.
We are a small, fully remote team with one obsession: making disposable, private email so frictionless that privacy becomes the path of least resistance.
