1. Terms of Service

By accessing or using TempMail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service. The Service is provided by TempMail Privacy Systems, registered in Reykjavik, Iceland.

TempMail provides temporary, disposable email addresses for receiving verification emails and protecting your real address from spam. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use TempMail for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Service to receive or facilitate illegal content, circumvent legal identity verification, conduct fraud, harm other individuals, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Automated abuse including bulk address generation for spam infrastructure is strictly prohibited and will result in IP-level blocking without notice.

3. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. TempMail should not be used for sensitive personal communications.

4. Intellectual Property

The TempMail name, logo, and all associated brand assets are the intellectual property of TempMail Privacy Systems. The platform code is proprietary. API responses and generated email addresses are ephemeral and confer no ownership rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempMail Privacy Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Reykjavik, Iceland.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above and posting a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
